Default Hammer Warriors are imperative in 8v8

I don't know how many of you don't have these in your builds, but hammer warriors are very, very good in 8v8. In 8v8, you generally target one person at a time. Once one person starts getting ganged up on, they usually start running away. This is where your hammer warrior steps in! Bam, knock down.. the enemy is a sitting duck for a few seconds until the next knockdown. It's a huge difference, and makes killing individuals much easier. Especially monks because they can't heal themselves while knocked down.

For the build, W/E works best going with air as secondary. The build should be something like this..

Berserker's Stance
Battle Rage
Backbreaker
Hammer Bash
Power Attack
Sprint
Gale
Shock

The DPS stinks, but that's not where you're there for. You're there to keep people down for easy pickins. It works very good, everyone should have at least one in their 8v8 builds!

Counterblow >> Devestaing hammer >>Heavy Blow
1-2-3 knockdown combo on any attacking foe thats where it's at
Follow up with belly-smash(when will ppl learn how cool this skill is?)
I just knockdown and belly-smash warriors as my healer runs them past me a nice effective way to neuter his "train" for 9 seconds while he heals back to full.

What if a Mo/W uses the stance that prevents knockdown? Or will this not be a problem?

I don't know, I think as long as you're able to cripple the monk, that should be enough. Constantly keeping him knocked down would be nice, but not always possible, especially with the many skills that prevent knockdown or give a chance to dodge.
I think every group needs a mesmer. It's amazing how many teams don't have one and refuse to accept one in their group.

great combo is belly smash, as it blinds the user, and for some reason, if you use the hammer skill that knocks down a user with a weakness, after they have been knocked down, it causes them to be knocked down again !

Also, there are a plethora of warrior skills out there that will end a stance. These too are infinitely usefull in pvp.
